Refund policy
We do not accept returns of items in good, usable condition. If your item is defect or damaged please contact us via email with your order number to request a return. For a return to be accepted, item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at Snowsdesign@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the item back to the return address on the original shipping label. Snows Design is not responsible on the payment of the return label. Item must also be in returned in its original form. If returned item is sent defected by owner, a refund will not be approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returned items to sender:
It is your responsibility to make sure you have input the correct address. If an item is returned by post to Snows Design, we will reach out to you to arrange next steps. Snows Design is NOT responsible for covering extra shipping charges, the buyer will have to pay additional for the package to reship.
If buyer doesn't not respond within 10 business days, or does not accept extra shipping charges, Snows Design will refund the amount of the items. Shipping will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For shipping issues, please note that once the item has been sent to the specified post, Snows Design is no longer responsible for delivery of goods. If there is an issue with delivery such as lost or damaged post, please file a claim directly with the post.
If there is damage due to post, you must contact us within 10 business days for us to inspect damage and determine whether a return or exchange can be made.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
